Our office was really busy this fall, and thinking about how to contact 631 seniors and tell them about their options for changing their Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Programs was going to be a challenge. We had too many to call personally, and a letter would be too expensive. Just then Linda Baldwin dropped by my office and told me about Mention This Call.
I asked Kelly to prepare a list, which she did in Excel format from our database. She then deleted all those who had already contacted us. We omitted the names and submitted the list to Linda by e-mail. I recorded a 30-second phone call reminding them of their option to change plans, and asked them to call Kelly in our office. The whole thing took me about 5 minutes, and nearly 300 people were called in a few hours. It was SO EASY!!!
And it only cost about $50. We received about 20 calls that first day and even more in the days to come. Thanks to Mention This Call, we were able to provide our usual high-quality service at minimal time and expense.
